1. CCNP (Routing, Switching and Troubleshooting)

Prerequisites:
The CCNP certification is appropriate for those with at least one year of networking experience who are ready to advance their skills and work independently on complex network solutions.
Curriculum:
ROUTE v1.0 – Implementing Cisco IP Routing – Learn to plan, configure, and verify implementation of complex enterprise LAN and WAN routing solutions using a range of routing protocols. ROUTE v1.0 also covers configuration of secure routing solutions to support branch offices and mobile workers.
SWITCH v1.0 – Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks – Learn to plan, configure, and verify implementation of complex enterprise switching solutions using Cisco Enterprise Campus Architecture. SWITCH v1.0 also covers secure integration of VLANs, WLANs, voice, and video into campus networks.
TSHOOT v1.0 – Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks – Learn to (1) plan and perform regular maintenance on complex enterprise routed and switched networks, and (2) use technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform network troubleshooting. Extensive labs provide hands-on learning and reinforce troubleshooting skills.

Steps to achieving CCIE Certification

Step 1- CCIE Routing and Switching Written Exam
The participant must pass a two-hour written exam which comprises of networking concepts and some equipment commands, to obtain this most coveted certification. This exam is a prerequisite to the Lab Exam.
Step 2 – CCIE Routing and Switching (hands-on) Lab Exam
This Lab exam evaluates participants’ skills to configure, maintain and troubleshoot Cisco networks in a real world scenario. In case a student cannot pass the lab exam in the first attempt, he may retake the exam.
